I just wanted to thank you and everyone at Budds’ BMW Mini Oakville for the phenomenal service I received during this recent issue with my MINI.

The professional response, pleasant attitudes and the personal service you and all the staff there just seems to get better each time I deal with Budds’.

I only wish I knew the secret behind all of it as I am a supervisor myself and honestly have never had nor encountered the level of the above anywhere, including my own staff (company).

Once again, thank you. I will continue to praise that dealership to anyone who will listen.
