I just wanted to thank you and everyone at Budds' BMW Mini Oakville for the phenomenal service I received during this recent issue with my MINI.
The professional response, pleasant attitudes and the personal service you and all the staff there just seems to get better each time I deal with Budds'.
I only wish I knew the secret behind all of it as I am a supervisor myself and honestly have never had nor encountered the level of the above anywhere, including my own staff (company).

Thank you for taking care of my recent car problems. You guys are very professional and have a great team at Budds'. I was impressed that Kevin was able to arrange for all of the work to be done in such timely manner. I have been driving my car and so far so good. Hopefully I will not need to follow-up and understand that your work is backed-up by a 2 years/unlimited KMs warranty. As you probably know, there are closer BMW dealerships where I live and the fact that I prefer to come to Budds' is a testament to your good client service
